Across the nonprofit and philanthropic sectors, we've seen the same challenge again and again: visionary leaders, committed teams, and meaningful missions held back by limited operational capacity. The problem isn't a lack of passion or purpose. Too often, it's a lack of capacity.
Founded by Roquita Coleman-Williams and Jamie Martin, Grndwrk brings together two generations of perspective and complementary strengths in strategy, partnerships, operations, and innovation.
We believe philanthropy can do more than fund programs. It can help build the leadership, systems, and organizational strength that allow those programs to thrive for years to come. And we believe mission-driven organizations deserve experienced leadership and operational support without having to build everything themselves.
